V2X has secured a substantial $141 million contract from the U.S. Navy to continue providing essential engineering support for its Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. This award marks a significant expansion of V2X’s longstanding partnership with the Navy, dating back to 1999.

Under the terms of the contract, V2X will deliver comprehensive C4I systems engineering solutions to the Navy's afloat force, including command ships, ballistic missile defense vessels, strike groups, and designated shore facilities. The company will also be responsible for integrating new capabilities and technologies to counter emerging threats, ensuring the Navy maintains its technological edge.

“This award is a testament to V2X’s unwavering commitment to supporting the U.S. Navy and its mission,” said Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and Chief Executive Officer at V2X. “We are proud of our 25-year history of delivering innovative solutions and look forward to continuing our partnership in the years to come.”

V2X’s role extends beyond system engineering. The company will also monitor C4I system performance, provide critical feedback on computer network defense status, and ensure rapid response to any system disruptions. This comprehensive approach underscores V2X's commitment to maintaining the Navy’s operational readiness.

The contract, which runs through July 2029 with an option to extend to 2030, solidifies V2X’s position as a key player in the Navy’s C4I ecosystem. The company’s expertise in assured communications and systems engineering has proven invaluable to the Navy's ability to operate effectively in complex and challenging environments.

With this renewed partnership, V2X is poised to contribute significantly to the Navy’s modernization efforts and ensure its continued dominance in maritime operations.
