On August 10th, leading battery manufacturer CATL unveiled NING Space, a groundbreaking new energy experience center in Chengdu. This innovative platform, co-developed with numerous car manufacturers and local authorities, offers consumers a comprehensive "view, select, use, and learn" experience centered around electric vehicles (EVs).
NING Space aims to accelerate the global shift to electric mobility by bridging the gap between automakers and consumers. The 13,000 square meter complex houses nearly 100 EV models from around 50 brands, creating a dynamic and interactive environment for visitors to explore the latest in electric vehicle technology.
In addition to showcasing vehicles, NING Space provides expert advice, educational programs, and after-sales services. CATL's new "NING SERVICE" brand offers battery maintenance, health checks, and mobile rescue, among other services. To further enhance user convenience, a WeChat mini-program was launched, providing features such as charging station searches and EV usage tips.
Li Ping, vice chairman of CATL, emphasized the importance of collaboration between automakers and consumers in driving the energy transition. Luo Jian, general manager of CATL's marketing department, highlighted the space's role in showcasing vehicles effectively and assisting consumers in making informed purchasing decisions.
