Inalfa Roof Systems, a global leader in automotive roof system design and manufacturing, has appointed Dave Winter as Regional President for North America, effective immediately.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Winter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Inalfa. He has held key leadership roles in major automotive companies, where he has successfully driven operational excellence, efficiency, and growth.
As Regional President for North America, Winter will oversee operations at Inalfa's facilities in the United States and Mexico. He will work closely with teams across the global network to ensure the company's continued success in the region.

Prior to joining Inalfa, Winter held executive positions at Lear and Faurecia. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Camaco-Amvian. Winter holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Illinois.
