Jones Walker LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Loring as a partner in their Corporate Practice Group. Loring will also co-lead the firm's privacy, data strategy, and artificial intelligence team in the Atlanta office.

Jason Loring brings a wealth of experience to Jones Walker, having served in senior leadership roles at Vialto Partners and EY. He has a proven track record in developing and implementing robust global data privacy, artificial intelligence governance, and compliance programs.

Loring's expertise extends to advising clients on a wide range of privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters. He assists with developing and negotiating agreements related to these areas, responding to data breaches and ransomware attacks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Loring is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional, United States (CIPP/US), and holds an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) designation. He is also a member of the Wake Forest Law Review.
