Singapore, August 19, 2024:

Global business solutions provider Vistra appointed Andrew Cherry as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Designate. Cherry, with a strong track record in the financial sector, will be taking over from Hilton Hess who is set to retire in October after significantly contributing to Vistra's growth.

Cherry, who brings a wealth of experience from various international roles, will be instrumental in driving Vistra's financial performance and supporting its ambitious growth plans. His appointment comes on the heels of the company’s merger with Tricor, and he is expected to play a crucial role in the next phase of the business.

Vistra expressed gratitude towards outgoing CFO Hilton Hess for his significant contributions to the company, including overseeing multiple acquisitions and the recent merger.

With Cherry’s appointment and Hess’s departure, Vistra is poised for continued growth and success in the global business solutions market.
