This innovative initiative by e&, formerly known as Etisalat, the UAE's largest telecom operator, aims to eliminate queues and provide convenient connectivity from the moment tourists land.
The "Free Visitor Line eSIM" can be self-activated upon arrival by simply scanning a QR code and completing a quick facial recognition step. This eliminates the need for visitors to wait in line for traditional SIM cards, allowing them to connect with loved ones, access essential services, and start exploring the UAE immediately.
