The tragic sinking of the superyacht Bayesian off the coast of Sicily last month has claimed the lives of seven people, including British tech tycoon Mike Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter Hannah. New autopsy results suggest that the victims likely died of suffocation after becoming trapped in air pockets within the sinking vessel.
According to an investigative source, initial autopsy results on Hannah Lynch's body were inconclusive but ruled out traumatic injuries as the cause of death. Similar findings were reported for several other victims, including Jonathan Bloomer, his wife Judy, attorney Chris Morvillo, and his wife Neda. Italian media reported that their bodies exhibited signs of having been trapped in air bubbles before succumbing to suffocation.
