Vitalograph, a leading respiratory diagnostics company, has announced the acquisition of Morgan Scientific, a Massachusetts-based partner. This strategic move aims to bolster Vitalograph's U.S. sales footprint and meet the growing global demand for advanced pulmonary function testing (PFT) solutions.
The acquisition brings together two companies with a long-standing history of collaboration. Morgan Scientific is renowned for its customer-facing software, particularly ComPAS2, which powers Vitalograph's innovative line of advanced PFT solutions, the VitaloPFT series. Additionally, Morgan Scientific serves as a major distributor of Vitalograph's pulmonary function testing solutions in the United States.
Frank Keane, CEO of Vitalograph, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, emphasizing the strong relationship and shared expertise between the two companies.
