Denver, Colorado, USA – October 16, 2024:
AlphaGraphics, a leading franchisor of printing and marketing solutions, announced today the appointment of Don Carpenter as their new Senior Retail Network Director for franchise development. Carpenter brings over 25 years of experience in franchising, having worked with various brands in roles such as franchise owner, master franchisor, and franchise development manager.
In his new role, Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing AlphaGraphics' franchise development efforts, identifying potential franchisees, and supporting existing franchise owners. His extensive knowledge of the franchising industry is expected to contribute significantly to the company's growth objectives.
"We are thrilled to welcome Don to the AlphaGraphics family," said Bill McPherson, Vice President of Retail Network Development. "His expertise and passion for franchising will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to our team as we continue to expand our network of centers."
Carpenter joins AlphaGraphics from Circle K, where he served as the franchise development manager. Prior to that, he was a franchise owner and master franchisor, and also worked in franchising sales for a large beauty, fitness, and wellness brand for over a decade.
Carpenter and his wife, Jill, are Colorado natives and have three children, Kyler, Marae, and Ashlyn. When he's not working, Carpenter enjoys coaching his children in competitive baseball and softball, working out, and spending time with his family.
"I'm excited about my opportunity with AlphaGraphics and my role in managing our pipeline of franchise candidates," Carpenter said. "I plan to lean on my proactive, consultative selling style, and I believe my experience in supporting franchise owners will be beneficial in adding new units throughout the country. The bar for excellence at AlphaGraphics is high, and I know my skill set will allow me to contribute to AlphaGraphics' continued success."
AlphaGraphics was founded in 1970, and the company began offering franchise opportunities in 1979. Today, there are more than 270 AlphaGraphics centers across six countries. Carpenter's appointment comes at a time when AlphaGraphics is experiencing significant growth and is actively seeking to expand its network of franchisees.
"Don's appointment is a testament to our commitment to growth and our dedication to providing our franchisees with the best possible support," said McPherson. "We are confident that under Don's leadership, we will continue to attract top-quality franchisees and expand our footprint in the printing and marketing industry."
