GC Labs, a leading clinical laboratory in South Korea, has successfully completed the second day of its participation at Medlab Middle East 2025, the largest medical laboratory exhibition and conference in the MENA region. The event, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from February 3 to 6, has provided a platform for GC Labs to strengthen its international presence and explore new business opportunities.
Marking its fourth consecutive year at Medlab Middle East, GC Labs has leveraged the exhibition to expand global partnerships and showcase its advanced diagnostic services. During the first two days, the company’s booth (Z4.E49) attracted strong foot traffic, with visitors showing keen interest in its innovative diagnostic testing solutions, including specialized tests for Alzheimer’s disease and heavy metal exposure, tailored for the Middle Eastern market.
A major highlight of GC Labs’ participation has been its digital pathology consulting service, which offers both primary diagnosis and second opinions through real-time remote analysis. By digitalizing specimen slides, this cutting-edge service enhances turnaround time and diagnostic accuracy. The offering has drawn significant attention from attendees looking to improve efficiency and competitiveness in laboratory operations.
GC Labs also engaged in strategic discussions with existing Middle Eastern partners to enhance testing processes by integrating Laboratory Information System (LIS) through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). These discussions covered the transfer of test methodologies and explored new business opportunities beyond the traditional test send-out model.
