MoneyGram Appoints Luke Tuttle as Chief Technology Officer

MoneyGram, a leading financial technology company specializing in global payments and financial solutions, has announced the appointment of Luke Tuttle as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

In his new role, Tuttle will lead product development and technology operations, overseeing engineering, platform operations, information security, and emerging technologies like blockchain. He will report directly to Anthony Soohoo, MoneyGram’s Chairman and CEO, and will also serve on the Executive Leadership Team.

Welcoming Tuttle to the company, Anthony Soohoo emphasized his expertise in driving technological advancements.

With over 20 years of experience in fintech, adtech, and commerce, Tuttle has held engineering leadership and architect roles at major companies such as Klarna, Experian, and eBay. His expertise spans both entrepreneurial startups and global enterprises, along with deep knowledge of complex regulatory environments in the U.S. and international markets.
