AT&T has announced the declaration of its quarterly dividend of $0.2775 per share on the company’s common stock. This dividend is set to be paid to eligible stockholders on May 1, 2025. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 10, 2025, will receive the payout.
In addition to the common stock dividend, AT&T’s board of directors has also declared quarterly dividends for its preferred stock series. The dividend on the 5.000% Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, will amount to $312.50 per preferred share or $0.3125 per depositary share. Similarly, the 4.750% Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, will receive a dividend of $296.875 per preferred share or $0.296875 per depositary share. These dividends will also be paid on May 1, 2025, to stockholders of record as of April 10, 2025.
