EcoFlow, a leading portable power and eco-friendly energy solutions company, today announced the release of its latest products designed for outdoor enthusiasts: the WAVE 3 portable air conditioner and heater, and the GLACIER Classic, a 3-in-1 portable electric cooler, freezer, and battery solution. These new additions aim to bring the comforts of home to beaches, campsites, barbecues, and beyond, just in time for the summer season.
Building on the success of their predecessors, the WAVE 3 and GLACIER Classic feature significant upgrades in reliability, convenience, and smart controls, catering to camping, RV travel, and various outdoor activities.
The WAVE 3 boasts improved cooling and heating capacity, smart control functions, enhanced energy efficiency, and better water drainage based on user feedback. It can cool spaces up to 183 square feet by 15 degrees Fahrenheit in 15 minutes with its 1800W cooling power and heat them by 17 degrees Fahrenheit with its 2000W heating power. The built-in 1024Wh LFP battery offers up to eight hours of cooling in Eco Mode and has a lifespan of 4,000 cycles. Smart features include Automatic Mode for seamless heating/cooling transitions, Dehumidification Mode, and a Pet Care mode that activates cooling if in-car temperatures exceed 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The WAVE 3 can be fully charged in 75 minutes via multiple options and uses the more efficient and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
The redesigned GLACIER Classic is a space-efficient 3-in-1 electric cooler available in 35L, 45L, and 55L sizes. It features a built-in 298Wh battery slot, providing up to 43 hours of cooling on a single charge without compromising storage space. It can fit up to 90 cans and includes a removable dual-zone divider that can also serve as a cutting board. A dual-opening lid allows for easy access from any angle.
Pre-orders for both the WAVE 3 and GLACIER Classic begin today on the EcoFlow website, with general availability on Amazon and the EcoFlow website starting April 25th. Early-bird pricing will be offered from April 25th to May 25th in both the US and Canada.
